The Art, Design and Humanities placement unit, is one of many faculty placement units across DMU. It is a department that specialises in helping students from ADH courses gain the placement they need for further career advancement.My duties included:· Gathering relevant information on targeted segmentations using primary qualitive research, such as focus groups, and secondary quantitive research, such as surveys and social media. From this market research I then apply appropriate marketing technique to suit the psychographic.· Responsible for promotion through social media and blogging, using the named software: Blogger, WIX, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. · Working with Illustrator, Photoshop and Pantones to design in-house graphics for promotion through flyers, posters and online.Writing reports and articles on employer presentations.
