I'm an experienced strategist and corporate leader who transitioned to consulting after a career at the LEGO Group, the Danish toymaker. I have extensive expertise in strategic planning, market research, marketing, business management and organizational development. I am now Principal of Post Strategic Solutions LLC, a management/strategy consultancy, and a strategy consultant for Fio Partners LLC, a Connecticut-based firm serving nonprofit and public organizations. At LEGO, I served as Vice President of Global Insights, leading the company's corporate market research function with a team of 50. In my career at LEGO, I created long-term strategic direction, led business units that delivered revenue and profit growth and delivered customer feedback to improve innovation.I have served the community through engagements with social service nonprofits, a corporate foundation and a state commission. I'm proud to serve as board Vice President for the Children’s Law Center of CT, a board member of the Connecticut Women’s Council and a strategy committee member of Foodshare Inc. I was a board member and staff consultant for the LEGO Community Fund U.S. and a gubernatorial appointee to Connecticut’s Early Childhood Cabinet. I’m known as a holistic thinker, quick learner and experienced facilitator who harnesses the strength and diversity of a group.
