I also deliver product webinars and generate surveys resulting in greater insight towards future product improvements and development as well as planning and executing product launchesI have played a leading role in the successful launch of a new marketing website that generated an immediate increase in sales calls and leads.I am also accountable for developing the core positioning and messaging for the product. In my role as Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager I was responsible for managing a large team who contributed to the overall process of customer and sales management to ensure the Company maximized its profitability. I was also responsible for the recruitment of new sales representatives, onboarding and training.
