With 11 years of experience in the Benefits industry, on both the supplier and consultant side, I strive to truly become a strategic partner to my clients. Today the Benefits space is much more complex than simply managing a traditional program, ASO or HCSA. Companies continue to face challenges with a multi-generational workforce whose needs and interests vary significantly. It is crucial for companies to adapt and be innovative with their Benefits offering, in order to cater to all different employee demographic groups. I am passionate about providing my clients with the right tools and advice to ensure their Benefits Program is valuable while cost effective.I pride myself in being a catalyst in the industry by staying current and up to date on emerging trends. I am very hands on with my clients, assisting them in other areas such as Compliance and Risk Management. I believe employees should be smart and responsible benefit consumers, thus employee education and engagement is a must when I service my clients. Above all, building strong and lasting relationships with clients is what I enjoy most!
