Departement of Social and Community Advocacy is a department under the auspices of the Community Affairs Division of BEM Kema Unpad. Departement of Social and Community Advocacy or called as Adsosmas, is crucial to be present in BEM Kema Unpad 2024 as the forefront of BEM in overseeing emerging issues in society, responding to disasters, preserving culture, and empowering villages.I play a role in the Movement and Social Rehabilitation Division, which has the work program called “Symphony Kebaikan”. This program focuses on disaster response efforts. Therefore, with the presence of this Symphony Kebaikan, it is hoped that it can help fulfill basic needs, prevent a decline in the standard of living due to economic difficulties or disaster impacts. The programs presented by this division are implemented through an open donation system to Kema Unpad and the wider community within a specified period, with the aim that the donations will be given to those in need and disaster-affected victims. “Symphony Kebaikan” is here to gather funds from donations from Kema Unpad or the community who wants to help others alleviate the burdens they are currently facing.In addition to the Symphony Kebaikan, I also play a role in a functional program that deals with monitoring and advocating issues in the Jatinangor community. With the presence of this program, issues such as pedestrian safety, security in Jatinangor, and others can be elevated and advocated to stakeholders to find solutions.

The Bureau of Synergy and Organizational Development is a department that synergizes internal development through staff relations, appreciation, and motivation, enhancing the sense of belonging, and managing resources to maximize the potential of human capital in achieving the organizational goals of BEM Kema Unpad effectively.Responsibilities of the Bureau of Synergy and Organizational Development:1. Accountable for internalizing all elements of BEM Kema Unpad through instilling organizational goals, values, and culture.2. Responsible for maximizing the sustainability of functions and performance of all elements of BEM Kema Unpad.3. Accountable for enhancing the well-being of executives through motivation, implementing appreciation functions, and improving the sense of belonging among executives.4. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and meeting the needs and desires of all elements of BEM Kema Unpad through the implementation of assessments.5. Creating a positive and supportive organizational environment through the internal implementation of staff relations for each Department/Bureau.6. Evaluating the development of internal competencies of BEM Kema Unpad.7. Responsible for coordinating with the President of BEM, Vice President of BEM, and General Secretary.8. Coordinating with all elements of BEM Kema Unpad.Joining the Development Team responsible for the development and management of the potential and competencies of executives based on the cultural values of BEM Kema Unpad 2023. Facilitating the enhancement of internal executive competencies and actively contributing to the creation of developmental content.

Media Information Bureau introduces and brands PLEADS to external parties through the processing of information in the form of posters, infographics, videos, etc. Additionally, aside from designing, the Media Information Bureau is also responsible for capturing important moments during PLEADS activities.The Medfo Bureau also manages PLEADS’s social media, including Instagram, X, YouTube, Linkedin, Spotify, and the FH Unpad website.
