My job is to enable our salesforce to have full knowledge and confidence in our digital offerings to SMEs, to allow them to increase their sales, retain customers with excellent results and customer services, and to be the best that they can be.

Working closely with key stakeholders I am responsible for the training and development of our sales staff and managers in field and telesales across Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and telesales in Belfast. I am skilled in training, coaching and facilitation. I research, design and deliver sessions and courses in line with the needs I proactively identify as well as requests from my stakeholders. Each event, whether delivered face to face or virtually is then also measured for success and learning which is then also shared where necessary for the standards of 'What good looks like'.As I have worked in advertising sales in both the field and on the phone I am able to offer real experience to cement the training I deliver. I possess real drive and passion to be the best that I can be, to make sure that anyone who attends a session of mine leaves with all the belief, passion and skills to help them become the best they can be. I create a professional and positive learning environment with a focus towards improving knowledge, skills and behaviors that are needed to drive business results also.

I have trained new recruits to the company on our selling ethics and styles at hibu as well as our range of products. I have also offered support to the new starts across their first few months to help them become the best they can be.The Glasgow site is going through a massive transition and I have been in the lead team for designing, writing and delivering the training for all employees to be as successful as possible in their new roles.

I worked closely with a team of field representatives to contact and sell solutions to business's whist consistantly acheiving monthly business targets. My package conversion and digital performance was always at a very high level.
