Thank you for viewing my profile! I am an individual who believes she has only just begun to tap into the potential that lies within her. I have been willing to place myself in a wide range of jobs that were the right fit for where I was in life and through those experiences I have become a multi-faceted person who sees the world from many viewpoints. What is my work passion? I believe that through all of the lessons I have learned thus far, the greatest satisfaction is being able to deliver to my client base a top-notch, highly effective and responsive experience when interfacing with me. I listen to not only what they say, but what they are having a difficult time articulating and then when I begin to help them create a vision and I see the satisfaction and relief that brings, that drives my passion of being client-oriented even higher. It is highly rewarding to provide people with an experience that they are not only expecting and typically don't get, but then to also exceed it. What are the key skills that I possess? I am internally driven to succeed. I never do the minimum to get by. I am constantly seeking new opportunities. I listen to what others say. I am an effective assessor of how a process is working, how it can be made better, or why it failed. My critical thinking skills are outstanding. I feel that the spirit of support and collaboration with peers and superiors is the only path to success. Throughout my journey as a world traveler, stay-at-home Mom, a non-traditional graduate studies student, a server in a high-end restaurant, a prep cook in a kitchen, a daycare provider, a Customer Experience Specialist, and Project Manager I have been exposed to vast variety of industries and individuals. Every single one of those interactions has led me to where I am now and I am confident there are more ahead that will build me into an even better version of myself.
