Executive Business Partner
CurrentIncrease the impact of the CEO by supporting her and becoming a trusted thought partner by taking initiative to understand the executive’s needs and agendas. Help to clarify their priorities, develop insights and action plans, and then ensure their time/projects/calendar/efforts are focused on priority areas.Support the CEO to have a big impact, combining meticulous attention to detail and the ability to act independently where appropriate and drive positive change. A persistent problem solver, passionate about finding order in what others see as chaos.Provide CEO with continuous calendar and travel management as well as event registrations and meeting agenda management, along with other executive support.Facilitate tracking of company’s strategic plan goals, organizing and formatting data and coordinating updates.Prep executive for meetings with detailed briefs, agendas and intended outcomes. Conduct research and analysis to provide strategic insight and support executive decision making.Research, prioritize and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO. Provide talking points and respond on CEO’s behalf, when appropriate.Facilitate a variety of time-based special projects which require focused attention based on business priorities as defined primarily by the CEO. Prioritize in alignment with objectives, manage time, gain the cooperation of others, monitor progress and problem-solve.Track high-priority initiatives for the executives to ensure they are moving forward, identify potential obstacles and escalate priorities that require executive focus.Write well thought out communications and correspondence on behalf of executive to internal and external stakeholders. Format strategic documents and aid in preparation of department and company-wide presentations.Act as a point of contact between the executives and our employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring communication is well-managed and important information is escalated.
