I am the Quality and Safety Manager of the Oncology ICCE at MUSC as well as the manager of the Cancer Registry. I support the ICCE and the health system by managing the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for the Oncology ICCE. The QAPI monitors key performance indicators that span the health system as well as those specific to Oncology patients and programs, assists with regulatory and accreditation efforts, and identifies areas of opportunity through continual review of best practice, harm events, and quality data.

I work in the Clinical Informatics Department under the Chief Nursing Information Officer at the Medical University of South Carolina. My role utilizes my clinical experience and expertise to provide insight into improving efficiency in healthcare delivery.
