I'm Laura Beltran, a dual degree Business Administration student in the University of South Florida. I am highly motivated and result-oriented with a strong passion for business and a dedication to continuous learning. I am driven by a desire to develop my skills and knowledge in the field, leveraging my determination, innovative thinking, and organizational skills to contribute to the success of an organization.Through the various opportunities I've encountered, I have been able to develop a variety of strong skills essential for the business world. I had the opportunity to participate in different student mobility programs that have served as encouragement for personal and professional growth. I was able to accomplish an international exchange in Tecnocampus University in Barcelona, an experience which encouraged my self - discipline and developed my problem - solving skills when facing adversity. Aditionally, I undertook an international internship in ProColombia’s office in Miami. During my stay, I worked as a foreign direct investment assistant and was a member of ProColombia's work team where I coordinated and supported the attraction of leads and new investment in Colombia. This experience not only improved my diligence in the work space, but it taught me the importance of being proactive and strengthened my ability to work as a team. I also interned as an administrative and purchasing assistant for Kannoa, an outdoor furniture manufacturer company where I honed my communication skills through frequent interactions with vendors, collaboration with internal departments, and clarifying order specifications.I possess strong skills in adaptability, communication, and teamwork and am confident in my ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and think creatively.
