As Blink by Chubb became more established, I was promoted to head up the Digital Consumer Division, leading Chubb's delivery and ownership of consumer-focused personal lines digital initiatives in North America.➤ Areas of impact include:✬ Strategy: I integrated Blink alongside other Digital Consumer programs to broaden the impact of digital thinking and progress across North America. ✬ Growth: I refocused our embedded insurance partnerships strategy into verticals aligned with our expanded product portfolio. The North American business grew larger than Chubb's APAC, EMEA, and LATAM digital divisions did at the same time in their development. ✬ Technology: I worked with the Global Digital and North American Technology teams to set the vision for the North American digital technology platform, giving the business perspective for the Digital Consumer business.

Given a blank canvas to create a personal lines digital insurance experience, I conceptualized and led Blink by Chubb, a portfolio of insurance products and services tailored for Millennials and Gen-Z, redefining insurance for modern living. My small but mighty team built an end-to-end technology platform that covered quote and sale processes, API connectivity, billing, policy administration, and claims management. ➤ Areas of impact include:✬ Strategy: I developed, validated, pitched, and gained CEO approval for the Blink strategy and implementation plan. ✬ Brand Development: I laid out the Blink brand vision and customer experience for Millennials and Gen-Z, assisted by qualitative and quantitative research. I worked closely with an external design agency to develop the Blink brand name and visuals and gained CEO approval for the resulting endorsed brand. ✬ Product Development: The Blink products are unique in that they have features for modern living and modernized terms and conditions with plain language and a modular and customizable structure that enhances the customer and claim experience. 👉 I developed the Blink Cyber, Paycheck, Travel, and Life products. I set the vision for the Blink Renters and Pet products, as well as initiated Blink Renters. I also led the filing process for 50+ jurisdictions, working with the Departments of Insurance to approve the market-leading product innovations.

As CEO and cofounder of specialty insurance MGA Embrace Pet Insurance, a recently minted unicorn, we turned an idea into reality. As Embrace CEO, I presided over the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as the company’s short and long-term plans to maximize the value of Embrace. I filled the financial and insurance roles in the company, including the accounting, actuarial, underwriting and fund-raising activities, as well as the operations, customer experience (CX), HR, and communication functions. I also sat on the company’s Board of Directors.Embrace sold to JAB Holding Company for $1.5 billion in November 2023.
