Responsible for the strategy, design and production of integrated marketing campaigns used to promote Tandridge Trust. This includes developing marketing collateral that increases the awareness of what Tandridge Trust offers, such as brochures, programmes, flyers, posters, e-newsletters and newspaper advertisements. Accountable for all online and interactive content including the Tandridge Trust website, Twitter, Facebook and Splash Path.In 2011 rebranded Tandridge Leisure to Tandridge Trust. The rebrand included the visual design of the Tandridge Trust website, Twitter and Facebook pages, department uniforms and corporate materials (letterheads, compliment sips, brochures etc). All marketing material adheres to strict brand guidelines, has a consistent look and feel and fits the new corporate image.Role responsibilities include managing a Design Assistant, working alongside a research and sales team, communicating directly with media sales teams and printers to negotiate competitive prices, and managing the external graphic design branch, Trust Design.

Responsible for generating new client leads and communicating with existing clients. Responsible for developing successful design solutions to client briefs. Accountable for Design Assistant's development.Graphic design solutions include logos, brochures, leaflets, websites, signage, banners, posters, promotional materials, advertisements and more.

Employed by Ideas Foundation to teach young people about working within the graphic design and advertising industries. One placement included supporting young people as they produced creative solutions to promote Takeover Day, a national event organised by the Children's Commissioner for England.Student solutions included viral campaigns, social media strategy, and Flashmob initiative. Final student work presented to Robin Wight, President of Engine and WCRS, and the Deputy Children's Commissioner.

Responsibilities included designing solutions for packaging, POS, logo design, print, website design, animation and product design for companies including Harry Hill, AOL, Total and King of Shaves. Responsible for supporting and managing work placement students.Achievements included successful design for Harry Hill’s interactive website hosted by AOL. Design solutions for promoting website included web banner, pop up, MPU and pre and post role animations.Chosen to appear on BBC Watchdog to discuss unethical packaging design methods used by supermarkets to disguise non British foods as British.Where Does Your 'British' Food Come From?18:12 UK time, Thursday, 6 May 2010
