I help people discover their value, explore possibilities, find resources and develop the skills needed to pursue work they love; that is, figuring out what to do and how to get there. I am also a connector, facilitator and skill developer. But life is in the details, so here's the longer version if you're up for it.My journey into this field and higher education was serendipitous. It all began in Ann Arbor, Michigan, six months before I embarked on my master's in Human Resource Management. I reached out to the admissions office at the University of Michigan Law School, offering to assist with their admissions process. That's when I first experienced the incredible energy of a university campus, and I was hooked. 🙌 From that initial internship, I explored various areas including career advising, HR, corporate diversity, and education administration. Eventually, I found my passion in talent development and career design, guiding individuals through their career journeys and empowering them to pursue work they love.
