Bahrain

-Responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategy including SEO, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns as well as draw the financial plan related to the marketing strategy; measure and report performance of marketing campaigns vis-à-vis planned performance and product development for future and current products. -Founded ‘The Lightbulb project’ in August 2017, a project aimed at connecting Bahraini startups with skilled international youth for affordable temporary employment. The project had 10 startups participating with 66 internship opportunities open by December 2017.-Managed 5 marketing campaigns targeting membership and the different sub-products of AIESEC in Bahrain. The marketing campaigns foresaw an average relative growth of 238% in 6 months over the products.

Kenya

-Responsible for leading the local chapter of AIESEC in Strathmore with a membership of 60.-Restructured organizational model and dubbed it “Tribe System” which boosted member productivity to 2.3 exchanges per member and increased team leader positions by double.-Doubled the financial reserve of AIESEC in Strathmore and automated payment systems and overall financial and reporting mechanism.Achievements: 3 awards in Global Volunteer excellence in Africa, East Africa and Locally (Kenya), with 130 exchange participants being impacted by our products. 2 awards from Strathmore University for Best Social Media presence and Brand Ambassadors.

Kenya

-Responsible for tracking and coaching the 14 members under my portfolio, the recruitment and reintegration of all exchange participants that go through AIESEC; organizing all exchange review panels and ensured all relevant parties to the organization are involved.-In charge of reviewing new recruits and facilitating the Leadership Development Seminar for new members, facilitating weekly meetings with the portfolio, tracking the portfolio’s finances and ensure that all financial records are in line with the Finance portfolio.Achievements: 46 students volunteered abroad with the highest absolute growth in the outgoing global community development program in 2015 for AIESEC in Strathmore.
