I have been in the multi family housing industry my entire professional career. I have experience in all facets of property management including condominium conversions and muti site management. I have the most experience in lease ups, distressed communities, and fractured condominiums. While I have been with my previous company for 6 years, I had been at one of my sites since 1999, and have worked for 5 different management entities, have oversaw the lease up, and the conversion, and have managed this community throughout developer foreclosure and receivership and also most recently, a new purchase. All of my sites have acheived high occupancies on the rental sides and positive cash flow on both the rental and condominium sides. I have managed the staffs on all sites that usually consisted of 10 or more employees. At my first site, The Preserve at Temple Terrace, most of my staff had been at the site with me since 1999.Specialties: Condo conversions, fractured condominiums, multi site management, all phases of renovations,resident retention, revenue and occupancy optimization and staff mentoring and retention.
