Selected and given internal security clearance to support the Global Access Rights Management (GARM) program which ensured 18k offshore employees do not have access to data for onshore US Government customers. Classified customer information into three groups: private sector, US Government onshore, US Government offshore: classifications were necessary due to the legal and security of the US Government files. Analyzed daily Excel reports to validate customer information and ensure accurate classification to prevent breaches in highly classified information and unnecessary delays in offshore installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication services.
