Developed and tested organic search & content creation processes for the agency's portfolio of clients. In addition to managing the internal content team, I also managed multiple client accounts, serving as the team lead to strengthen the client relationship; oversee organic, paid, and social strategies; and communicate findings. I regularly trained both clients and internal team members on topics including on-site SEO, Google Analytics, and local SEO best practices.

Supervised a team of writers and ensured all published content met standards of excellence in quality, tone of voice, style, and optimization for 100+ clients. I served as an arbiter of best practices in SEO, messaging, and layout across channels including websites, blogs, video, social media and infographics.

As a project manager, I served as the designated SEO strategist on 25+ client accounts, managing and allocating monthly budgets ranging from $2,500 to $25,000+. From the initial keyword research to reporting on web traffic, keyword growth and social media, I was responsible for planning, executing and overseeing clients' digital marketing strategies.Outside of my regular position, I also collaborated with the internal marketing team to design materials including infographics, guides, case studies, and more.

PoliticsPA.com is a comprehensive resource covering all aspects of the Pennsylvania political scene. As a contributing writer to the site, I had the chance to fuse my joy for writing with my fascination of politics. I researched and wrote news stories to keep the website and social media accounts (Facebook & Twitter) current with political buzz.

Though I began as an intern at the University's Office of Public Relations, I advanced to a Student Correspondent, writing news articles for the University of Scranton website on a weekly basis. I also created press releases for distribution to area news outlets and effectively generated media coverage for on-campus events. In addition, I applied and grew my graphic design skills, creating posters, ads and flyers that promoted university events.

As a Royal Caller, I conducted calls and surveys with alumni, parents, and friends of the University.

I served on the front line of customer service, greeting clients and handling payments. I also scheduled and confirmed appointments and assisted the manager with monthly product inventory.

The Scranton Times-Tribune is a daily newspaper serving Northeastern Pennsylvania readers.As an intern in the Lifestyles Section, I garnered on-the-job experience that benefited me far beyond just learning what it takes to be a newspaper reporter. My assignments ranged from conducting interviews with Olympic ice skaters and local heroes to copyediting pages before they went to print.

The Times Leader Scranton Edition was a weekly newspaper circulated throughout the Scranton, PA area. I wrote and edited articles on a weekly basis, conducted cold-call interviews, and covered happenings in the community--from summarizing town hall meetings to highlighting a newly opened yoga studio.
