This role entails overseeing the full financial health of the corporation. Due to the nature of the business; operating within the service industry, reporting daily cash flow from the corporation’s services and subsidiaries is essential for monthly financial reporting and weekly payroll. My responsibilities included Payroll for the start-up's 10+ employees, preparing financial statements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasts for the corporation's revenues and expenses. Gathering financial data enabled me to develop strategic plans to continue to grow the company's revenues which were reassessed on a monthly basis.

During my time in this position, my main responsibility was to develop a complete marketing plan for this start-up. Along with developing a marketing plan, creating a brand image, and using data to create a target audience was also a huge part of this role. In addition to identifying the target market, monitoring, managing and growing their social media presence was a key goal during this position. Using specific KPI’s to analyze and monitor data from social media as well as website analytics enabled the business to grow a strong presence on social media and google my business. Marketing plans both through social media and grass roots were developed, analyzed and re-assessed on a monthly basis to ensure all target market needs were being met and identifying potential subsidiaries to target.
