-Produced a master thesis/ Research " Cultural diversity, Collaboration & Communication in Organizations”-Conducted research with The Enabling team at KL AIR. The Imagineering research was based on interviews, workshops, and creative sessions.-Developed an Inspirational Guide with easy tools and activities to put into practice called “KL AIR CORE, Creating Connections that Last!-Aim:• Working with multicultural teams it is necessary to embrace people, to connect, to facilitate discussions, find common interests, educate and earn respect.• Encourage teams to continue the transformation of changing the experience of working. • Explore and reframe the way of how people think about their coworkers, creating collective aspirations to bond and relate with people on a different level than just for work.
