Associate CIPD member after completing a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship in July 2023.I moved to North Norfolk from Auckland, New Zealand in late 2019. Prior to the move, life in New Zealand saw me qualify as a Music and Event Manager through the Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand (MAINZ). Since Jan 2022 I have worked in HR, starting as an HR Administrator at Holkham Estate in North Norfolk, taking my next steps with the Norwich Bioscience Institute Partnership on the Norwich Research Park as an HR Advisor specialising in Recruitment from October 2023.I worked with some rather incredible people in NZ and the UK, which is kickstarting a passion for working with and for people, to encourage them to take challenges, push boundaries and discover their purpose and sense of 'why'. I'm a firm believer that there is a wealth of passion and potential to be unlocked within people and their careers, and I'm interested in exploring this further through psychometrics and beyond.
