In this series, we set aside an hour and a half out of the workday to just disconnect from the chaos of business and unwind through Guided Meditation. We begin with some gentle Chair Yoga stretches to get out all the little kinks and tension that have built up, followed by a session of Guided Meditation accompanied by soft, ambient music - leaving you feeling refreshed and re-focused!
