Hr Project ManagerPhilips Feb 2023 - PresentEindhoven, Best, AmsterdamI joined Philips in September 2022, and soon after, the company faced one of the most disruptive product recalls in its history. The recall involved a nocturnal respiratory aid, posed a danger to the lives of patients. This had a deep impact on the company and led to the biggest restructuring in recent history, impacting over 10,000 jobs globally. I was involved in supporting the global Integrated Supply Chain HR Team, one of the most severely impacted areas.My role in this transformation was multifaceted, including HR PMO, Change Management Support, HR Project Manager. I managed a wide range of activities, starting with mapping employee movements in support of Executive Leaders and preparing all necessary documentation for communication to the People Service department. I developed an excellent working relationship with People Leaders and provided them with one-on-one interactions for ad hoc support.I led several workshops aimed at training people leaders to manage their teams in transition and at increasing employee health and well-being and reducing stress levels with a specific tailored approach that allows to customize the global initiatives to the specific needs of the local teams. This improves the impact of the Health and Wellbeing initiatives.During the next stage of the reorganization, I worked closely with the CLS Leadership Team, who's leader reports to the COO, and observed team dynamics to provide constructive feedback and advice in shaping as team, sharing insight, feedback and advise also in the 1:1 connections with the leadership team members. Additionally, I contributed to the development of new capabilities and facilitated workshops to promote personal and professional development cross departments. I'm working on a project to train leaders as coach and I'm coaching people leaders and managers that are facing challenges and/or are willing to embrace their next career step. -
