Bristol Artist-Led Forum launched in February 2020 as a platform focused on supporting the sharing of skills, resources, knowledge, and opportunities instead of competition amongst the Bristol grassroots artist-led scene, whilst holding space for debate around public funding gatekeeping dynamics.In the last two unprecedented years, BA-LF has been very active and busy behind the scenes exploring regenerative relational and economics paradigms such as Horizontal Relationship Culture, Circular Economics, Complexity Thinking and Cryptocurrency systems. We are now interested in exploring how artists can join forces with others in the innovation fields mentioned above we've been building connections with, to support systemic change via co-creation. Besides that, as an alternative to the precariousness of the funding system and in name of autonomy for the arts, we are exploring ways in which artists together can develop/co-create an entrepreneurial mentality - based on conscious economics and abundance distribution - which would allow us to get paid for our skills while providing 'services’ to clients who would benefit from our creative expertise.

Programme Coordinator – Arts Projects & ActivitiesMy role involved selecting proposals (together with the art team), liaising with artists selected, supporting and coordinating the delivery of their projects. I programmed on-site and roaming projects, supervising their daily running. I devised and delivered artist's residencies via national open call. My role also involved selecting artists, running the residency and assisting with the delivery of site-specific works during the festival.

For PRSC I have devised and produced art exhibitions, workshops, and film nights, besides working on painting commissions, and artists' awarded via open calls for the organisation. My role involved devising and producing events, supervising marketing strategies to promote events; liaising with artists, the technical team and members of the public as well as acting as duty manager during the events and running bars at times.Also, I have coordinated clients' and affiliates' events such as a series of book launches, a book fair, conferences, talks, and music nights. My role involved liaising with clients being the first point of contact between the organisation, clients, affiliates, and the audience, supporting every aspect of the event's production, besides acting as duty manager during events.

My role involved coordinating eleven artists to produce nine different projects for the event and liaise with TATE Modern administering all the paperwork, risk assessments and tech specs to deliver the event.PRODUCTIONPRODUCTIONPRODUCTION was a series of workshops and ongoing activities, performances and interruptions where the public was invited to take part in an animated programme of activities.Spike Associates – to the Tate and Back, 28 April – 1 May, 2017 Spike Associates SpaceCurator and Event Coordinator4-day series of events called ‘Spike Associates – to the Tate and Back’, during Spike Island Open Studios 2017. The programme of activities, skills sharing and conversations about art and ideas is part of an ongoing project by Spike Associates (which I was a member of) we started at Tate Exchange, Tate Modern, London in January 2017. Twelve Associates from Spike Island came together to share ideas and skills. We ran a performance during the opening night and a series of workshops and activities throughout the weekend involving Spike Open Studios public. Random interventions took place alongside scheduled activities, from collaborative drawing and creative poetry to creating ephemeral sculptures.

Gallery ManagerMain duties include: curating the gallery’s exhibition programme, organising and managing gallery installations, producing invoices, running sales folders and client shipping, gallery accounts and budgeting, coordinating loans, and managing all associated documentation, including insurance, arranging appropriate condition reporting, crating and packing, arranging transport and installation at art fair, preparing applications for art fairs, besides managing PR & Marketing tasks. I supported the development of the newly open German branch, Choi&Lager Gallery, Cologne providing staff training and superved the gallerie's activities for the 4 initial months. I have worked besides a web engineer to devise an ad hoc website for the gallery and artist Rose Wylie's online archive.
