Since then, I've held additional roles with the organization, including communications specialist, assistant executive administrator, and executive administrator. Most recently, I served as the organization's CEO and Executive Director of Alpha Delta Kappa. In that position (2012-2020), I worked directly with the International Chapter and Executive Board, sustaining, enhancing and promoting Alpha Delta Kappa's health and growth, as well as a healthy and nurturing culture among staff, members and the organization's leaders.
