My mission at Le Refuge is to accompany young people (aged 18-25) who endured LGBT+phobia. They are either asylum seekers, refugees or in a situation of family break down. I'm standing by their side and supporting them into finding a job and a housing solution. In the meantime, I'm paying attention that administrative matters are up-to-date and their health is OK.

Run time / One time IT Business Analysis on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (mainly) & other applications of the Finance Accounting center of LDCom

I am a Business Analyst / Business Expert Apprentice on an IT solution that has to be spread all over the world, for every market of the AB Volvo Group. I collect the Business needs, translate it into functional specifications so the technical team can develop what is needed. When the work is done, I test it and validate it with the Business. I follow the Volvo IT methods and processes and I work within a multicultural context, either on one time and run time setups._________________________________________________________________________________This activity stands for the major part of my time within the company. My other assignements permit me to improve some skills needed for this job.I am in charge of handling the team accesses to the solution and the collaborative spaces. From this experience, I come to get more familiar with the people and the solution. Also, it made me rethink about my personal organisation of my time and work.I am in charge of getting the right information about every aspect of the solution, summarize it to build a monthly newsletter and then send it to the members of our teams (and other people that have an interest in being aware of the solution's news), in each market within the world, to ensure a good communication on the status of the application. This opportunity helped me to improve my communication skills, get better when it turns to organise myself to get information in time while I have to get it from colleagues all other the planet. Also it improves my writing skills.I am in charge of monitoring Key Performance Indicators so I can mesure the performance of my team and we can improve our efficiency. This assignement is part of the Project Management Office aspect of my job. It trains me to evolve and understand the Project setup and way of thinking better, and also to master my team processes and tools as I rely on it to build these indicators.
