Establishment and leadership of a cross functional team in a large Not for Profit. Responsibilities:-Coordination of performance reporting systems across the organisation -Development and alignment of internal business planning processes and ongoing management-Oversight of Government tender applications and management of associated processes-Service development planning -Service implementation-Major projectsAchievements:-Implementation of a business and operational planning framework across the Community Services division.-Design and implementation of a decision making tool and related governance systems for New Business opportunities. -Project management of the National Service Development Plan including stakeholder management, planning framework, regional needs analysis, competitor analysis and service model design.-Oversight of tender applications to Federal Government including governance, stakeholder consultation, management of tender teams, service model design, costing models and implementation planning. -Project Management of a complex merger with a small community organisation.

Management of a multidisciplinary project team within Community Services. Responsibilities included new service implementation, major projects.
