I have 17 years’ experience in the telecoms industry ranging from the full portfolio of TDM and mobile services to UC and full SIP environments for SME and Blue Chip enterprises. I have also worked with all of the major billing systems. This combination means I have huge abilities to advise, problem solve and most importantly create outcomes faster and more effectively than many of my counterparts. This has given my employees a distinctive competitive advantage. Over my 17-year tenure companies I have worked for have gone through rapid organic growth and acquisition strategies giving me experience in both Pre-sales, technical support and deployment as well as post acquisition integration and restructuring. In both scenarios I have kept the Customer experience and loyalty central to my actions and communications. Over and above my hands-on experience, I have successfully managed numerous teams in operations and First and second line Customer support. In all cases the Net Promoter score has increased, new sales opportunities have grown, and life time value of the customer has increased.I have a passion for the communications industry, delivering on operational and customer requirements.
