- Drive high-value and recurring client relationships with partners across all 50 states, facilitating the processing, analysis, and data entry of over 300 title reports, insurance orders, and real estate transactions.
- Maintain client relationships with enterprise-scale B2B customers, including Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and more, while serving as the primary contact for services, inquiries.
- Spearhead onboarding and subsequent leadership of a newly established Dominican Republic-based offshore team managing non-client-facing activities associated with key account, JP Morgan Chase. o Facilitated new-hire.
- Identify opportunities and implement business process improvements to streamline workflows within the customer success team, including developing standard operating procedures that instill consistency across operations.
