The assessment aims to reflect on the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the partial actions and the Program intervention.The activities for this assignment included the assessment of partial action BRIDGE in Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, and GGRETA for Ocotepeque-Citalá in Honduras and El Salvador, conducting online and in-person interviews and data analysis to provide findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for its future implementations.Methodological and reporting support. Coordinate the RMB processes of the Leadership Promotion and Gender-Based Violence Prevention Project (LP+GBVP), as part of the consulting services provided by Alinea to Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Design and implement monitoring and evaluation tools for the National Project for Education: Pedagogy and Protection for Refugee and Migrant Children with a Mixed Approach, focused on twenty-six municipalities in eight departments of Colombia. Develop an internal monitoring system to follow up on the implementation of the Project. Generate monthly and quarterly reports for the UNHCR.

Support Alinea International in the closing phase of the Comunica Project - Building Extractive Sector Governance in Colombia. Provide technical advice on the outcomes of the project and data collected by the RBM team to write the final report for Global Affairs Canada- GAC. Provide MEL technical expertise on GAC-funded projects to ensure report narratives are consistent with best practices outlined by GAC. Review and provide technical guidance on key documents prepared by the RBM team of the Comunica project.

Coordinate the implementation of the indicators of the Comunica project up until its end while achieving the expected results. Carry out the monitoring and follow-up of the execution of the guidelines and measurement strategies of the PMF. Coordinate tool development, collection, cleaning, and analysis of data. Develop performance/progress reports of the project, writing compelling narratives and stories of change under Canadian government guidelines.
