I took over the family farm, renewed two of the farmhouses and started renting them as holiday cottages. Nowadays we also offer farm tours, farm experiences and farm events in our organic farm. We rent our farmhouse and its venues for business meetings, product launches, shooting location, family gatherings and weddings.In 2015, I turned its 150 hectares into organic farming. We grow organic veggies that we later on sell in weekly packages and deliver to families interested in consuming fresh and healthy food. Out of our veggies we also make some organic canned goods so we can sell some of those delicacies out of the season. - Management of day to day operations - Financial analysis, forecasting and annual budgeting. - Creation and integration of SOP in different departments. - Sales activities, keeping relations with existing customers. - Organising themed workshops within low season in order to meet financial needs and lower seasonality.- Creating packages and offers. - Brand creation: brand plan, brand image.- Working close with photographers for all brand imaging creation. - Marketing activities and strategies.- Website architecture, website content and keeping it updated.- Organising all photo shoots for web content and social media. - Managing the company social media. - Developing brochures and any other necessary material as well as organisation and decoration of the stand in order to attend fairs and workshops. - Conducting site inspections with travel agents- Building relationship with local media, bloggers and journalists through FAM trips, activities and entertainment. - Used to work with low marketing budget. Therefore using loads of creativity and building strong relations.- Different events Coordination (weddings, baby showers, equestrian events, companies meetings)- Attending trade fairs in order to build relationship with possible customers, suppliers and coming with new ideas.
