I was in charge of managing the national finance network, made up of 26 people from 21 departments in Colombia, in order to articulate the national financial strategy, its monitoring, and agile financial information. 2. I was in charge of the national internal administration processes, such as the financial audit of the cities where AIESEC has a presence, accounting and exchange audits, as well as the education, implementation and review processes. 3. I led the management of the national support team, in charge of implementing national training and education, accompanying the processes of a local financial leader and periodically reviewing the results of the same. 4. I had the responsibility of creating, presenting and delivering financial reports on a monthly basis, with budget execution and cash flow management. 5. I led the initiatives related to the creation of action plans for each city where AIESEC has a presence, as well as designed the matrix to identify and control the risks for each city.

I led the financial processes of the project "International Congress AIESEC 2017", which brought together more than 126 countries, with 650 delegates in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, in the month of July 2017. 2. I had responsibility for the creation of the cash flow of the project, as well as its constant monitoring and control. 3. I participated in the decision-making processes of the team responsible for the project, with the identification of risks and their corresponding mitigation and control plans, through methodologies such as APR, FME and SWOT. 4. I executed the migratory audit processes of those attending the congress.
