Laura Karalevicius is a Customer Success Lead at Lyssn, focused on ensuring all behavioral health customers are set up for long-term success using Lyssn's Training and QI/QA solutions. Laura has spent 15+ years as a strategic customer partner, working across a wide range of industries. She has honed her focus on healthcare, picking up experience working for mental health and SDOH startups and established organizations. She also completed a health coaching program through University of Portland that focused on evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing. All of this experience is well-aligned with her passion to help behavioral health customers and, ultimately, improve health outcomes.
