CurrentProvide direct administrative support to the Regional Vice President of the AZ, UT, WA, NV Region, as well as supplemental support to the Region’s District Directors and Store Teams.

Track and reconcile the RVP and VP of Operations Support’s monthly expenses. Act as an approver on behalf of the RVP, approving all direct reports expenses in Workday.
Arrange travel itineraries, airlines, car rentals, and hotel reservations for the RVP and Operations Team working closely with the Travel department and travelers outside of the Operations Team.
Assist with the preliminary development of the travel and departmental budgets for the region.
Compile reports daily utilizing multiple data sources including Microsoft PowerBI to track key metrics.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for biweekly and quarterly regional meetings.
Draft and/or proofread documents and correspondences, at times sending to recipients on behalf of the RVP.
Maintain multiple online file sharing sources (OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox) allowing the RVP, Regional and Store Teams access to the information in the field.
Process monthly vendor invoices in Workday including creating requisitions and receipting purchase orders.
Organize quarterly meetings for the Regional and Operations Teams both on and off property. Preparing meeting agendas, arranging meals, and group travel to the events.
• Functions as a liaison between the Operations Team and other departments, as well as external vendors and guests.
Special projects including but not limited to training new Operations Administrative Assistants, onboarding regional team members, maintaining the Operations Organizational Chart and managing the “Star Card” employee recognition program. Show less
