I established a successful record of accomplishments and career growth with the bank and was promoted to Operations / Electronic Banking in 2008 and then promoted again in 2013 to current Electronic Banking Specialist and ACH Manager role. I have contributed to the success of the bank by fulfilling a diverse range of responsibilities that include: • Administer company-wide Online Banking products/services, including Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and ACH Origination. • Currently developing, expanding, or adding new Internet banking offerings by collaborating with the Steering Committee to evaluate and select new products/vendors. • Developed the Corporate Account Takeover (CAT) response plan that addressed e-commerce security issues. • Created the corporate account training program and trained key employees at local businesses to assist in prevention measures from fraudulent e-commerce activities to general IT network security. • Improved the bank’s marketing image by overseeing redesign of the website (firstbanktn.com), including redeveloping and providing content updates. • Manage the bank’s social media presence, including monitoring related to reputation management; developed marketing content and administer the Facebook and Twitter accounts. • Work closely with core software providers to coordinate the release and implementation of electronic banking products. • Manage Online Banking product (ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture) installation, training, and monitoring for corporate customers. • Research and resolve discrepancies in customer data; work directly with outside companies/agencies/financial institutions; and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

I started in a temporary assignment and was hired as a permanent employee after only six months with this contractor responsible for managing Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s associated museum, offering the largest exhibition of energy related exhibits in the U.S. During this time, I: • Managed the membership newsletter, including layout design, content development/editing, copy, and photos. • Assisted with exhibit design and admission activities.
