This CSR position requires not only standard daily phone and email communication, but also handling incoming sales inquiries, billing questions/issues, and fraud detection. I create quarterly reports to send to the USPS using Microsoft Excel and track customer documents with Microsoft Access. Being the lead CSR, I am also in charge of training new employees and cross-training current employees.

As an operations assistant, daily duties included sorting, labeling, imaging and extraction of mail. Later, I was the shipping lead, creating outgoing shipments using USPS, DHL and FedEx shipping interfaces. This included both domestic and international destinations.

My job as administrative assistant had me taking minutes at daily meetings, directing walk-in clients, performing office duties (scanning, copying, faxing), and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
