I have over 15 years of C-suite experience in operations, HR, recruiting, retention, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am passionate about supporting education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship in underserved communities, both in the US and abroad, both through my work and through my Board of Directors service.Before joining Bridge, I was COO of Samvid Ventures/Desai Sethi Foundation, a private operating foundation. Prior, I was the Chief Talent Officer and Health and Safety Chief at Mastery Charter Schools, where I led the talent function and the reopening of 26 schools in two states during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was also the Chief of Staff at Achievement First, where I led the strategic planning and central office operations for a $250M charter management network. I have consulted for various organizations, such as the Rockefeller Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Charter School Growth Fund, and served on several boards and committees related to education and social impact. I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center, an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in English from Harvard University.
