I currently hold the position of Client Relationship Manager at Osborne Appointments covering all three offices - Bedford, Northampton and Welwyn Garden City - where my main priority is to obtain and manage large cooperate clients within all sectors and industries.As a Client Relationship Manager I oversee the relationship between our major clients ensuring that Osborne Appointments are hitting the SLA and keeping within the KPI's. Guiding each client through each step of recruitment to ensure that they are pleased with the service and come back with repeat business. We ensure that when working with a client we work in a professional and efficient manner but also provide a real and honest approach to the recruitment process to work in partnership with each and every client to their individual needs.

I am currently working as a Recruitment Consultant supplying both temporary and permanent staff to commercial businesses. Having no limitations on area or industry I have gained knowledge across the board in recruitment - from placing Administration Support to Senior Managemers across the UK.
