I currently hold the position of Client Relationship Manager at Osborne Appointments covering all three offices - Bedford, Northampton and Welwyn Garden City - where my main priority is to obtain and manage large cooperate clients within all sectors and industries.As a Client Relationship Manager I oversee the relationship between our major clients ensuring that Osborne Appointments are hitting the SLA and keeping within the KPI's.
