Promoted to New position as Fleet Manager in Delaware, OH continuing work with First Fleet’s Kroger account. Previously Assistant Fleet Manager at First Fleet, Inc. in Atlanta, GA working with Kroger As well. I am over driver retention, assist in hiring, backhaul management, load assignments, oversee supervisors/dispatchers in day to day operations, assist with payroll and billing weekly, and help organize truck and trailer repairs when needed. I was previously a Transportation Supervisor with First Fleet in Cleveland, TN. I helped to plan and dispatch 40 to 60 loads a night and answer incoming phone calls with customer and driver concerns. I also coordinated the backhauls and kept track of on time deliveries. Previously worked as the Chattanooga Petroleum Operations Manager with Usher Transport. At Usher Transport I over saw a group of 7 drivers in the Chattanooga, TN and Rome, GA areas. I worked with them on their deliveries, schedules, and helped to ensure the drivers and equipment were update to date and in compliance with the maintenance and safety departments. At Covenant Transport for three years working as a Customer Service Representative for customers such as Walmart (dry and reefer freight), Family Dollar, USF Holland, YRC, McKee, and many others. I have also dispatched for Covenant's various dedicated accounts. I graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in December 2017 with my B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management. I enjoy the transportation industry and want to learn every part of it that I can. I also have restaurant and retail industry spanning over ten years.
