As rotating Artistic Director, I have been responsible for KIN’s programming, and managed the negotiation of performance rights and contracts for (non-ensemble) cast, crew, publicists, co-presenters and venues for all KIN productions.• Corporate and private sponsor liaison. As well as producing our seasonal sponsorship packs, I also acted as the primary liaison for all KIN sponsors, ensuring their contractual rights were fulfilled, and that they felt involved and appreciated at all times.• Audience development. In 2016, I headed up KIN’s expansion into the arts education space. In 2017, we secured the rights to Tim Winton’s Shrine, and were successful in our application to have it included on the VCAA Theatre Studies set text list. I designed and developed all educational support materials to Education Department standards, and acted as primary liaison for school and VCAA (Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority) staff.• Copywriting and coordination of all production and advertising materials including websites, programs, social media and email marketing.• Management of ticketing systems (SABO) and subscriber/multi-show ticket packages. My primary creative strength as a Marketing Executive is in copywriting and communications. In this field I have delivered impactful content marketing campaigns for Platinum in the mental health and employee health and happiness spaces, and supported management in the preparation of high-converting sales and marketing materials and award submissions.• Development and delivery of annual marketing and communication strategies across all divisions and platforms. Over two years, I’ve managed all press and communications surrounding Platinum’s rapid expansion into regional Victoria, metropolitan W.A. and New Zealand. I developed and delivered Platinum’s first formal marketing and communication strategies, and swiftly adapted these to operate in an ultra-low-budget COVID marketplace with minimal staff and resources.• Staff management and training. As a key member of Platinum’s leadership team, I’ve been responsible for the day-to-day management of all internal and external company communications, content and digital marketing, as well as staff training and change management around new systems.
