Current* Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations* Plan trainings and performance management initiatives to help ensure employee growth* Partner with others to create team-building events and activities to foster connection among team members* Investigate employee issues and conflicts, bringing them to resolution* Manage internal HRIS system, ensuring company is optimizing the platform and that all information is up to date* Support current and future needs through development, engagement, and motivation of employees* Manage current benefits offerings, and evaluate and enhance overall benefits optimization* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
