I led the Engineering Recruiting Team in AWS. On this team, I partnered with multiple businesses and stakeholders across four VP-level organizations to build strategies and teams that attracted the best builders to AWS, while managing a team of 12 direct reports.I also built and acted as project lead on the the global AWS Talent Acquisition (TA) Think Big Summit program. In its first year (2018), this program generated 177 needle-moving ideas from across all levels of the organization. Two of these ideas were written into our global AWS TA Operational Planning document.In 2018, I was a key project team member in writing the job leveling guidelines for the global sourcing recruiter community at Amazon. This project team consisted of 10 key members representing global leadership across Amazon TA.

As a Technical Recruiter on our AWS recruiting events team, I partnered with our AWS businesses and recruiting teams to research, launch, manage, and recruit for events both domestically and internationally. I also acted as Lead on our team to encourage recruiting best practices and align our team with the needs of each of the businesses we support.At our recruiting events, we engaged with and hired senior-level talent for Software Development Engineer and Software Development Manager roles for AWS.
