To manage, lead and inspire Chance to Shine in order to deliver the objectives of inspiring young people to play and learn through cricket, contributing to an inclusive society and good citizenship. Building and managing key commercial relationships and maximising sponsorship opportunities and wider business engagement opportunities for Team London. Responsible for the Schools and Youth National Programme. Incorporating the PESSYP (formally PESSCL), Regional Talent Programmes, Let’s Play Volleyball National Youth Development Programme, Community Sports Coach Scheme. Managed development relating to SSP activity such as working with Competition Managers, PDMs and individual schools. Responsible for the Extending Activities (Sport Unlimited) programme. Line management of 3 full time officers, 2 development officers and the Volleyball UK Schools Competition Officer linked to the UK School Games.

Produced National Club Development strategy and responsible for implementing this throughout England. Responsible for attaining Whole Sport Plan targets through KPIs in relation to club development. Developed and implemented club accreditation programme and responsible for national roll out, monitoring and evaluation.
