Additionally, I support departmental operations and initiatives, which involves attending events and performing various office duties.

As a Bakery Sales Associate at DeCicco's & Sons grocery store, my role involved a mix of customer service and bakery management. I greeted customers with a warm, friendly attitude, helped them choose from our wide selection of freshly baked goods, and ensured the bakery section was well-stocked and visually appealing. I handled transactions, answered questions about ingredients and products, and kept the bakery area clean and organized. Additionally, I assisted in the preparation and presentation of baked goods, making sure everything meet DeCicco's high standards of quality. My role was essential in creating a positive shopping experience and contributing to the overall success of our bakery department.

In my role as a Media Relations & Marketing Intern at the Romanian American Business Council, I was tasked with elevating the organization's visibility and reputation. This entails devising and executing strategic media campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's presence, as well as cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, such as media representatives, influencers, public officials, and entrepreneurs to secure press coverage and forge partnerships. A significant aspect of my responsibilities involves content creation to drive engagement across social media platforms and raise awareness of our initiatives. Additionally, I collaborate closely with our team to coordinate impactful events like the Romania Day on Broadway Festival, which serves to foster national visibility and strengthen our network.
