CurrentResponsible for the daily accounting duties for three different divisions of the company in order to streamline the accounting process to make sure operations run smoothly. Such duties include watching the cash flow, cleaning up the general ledgers across all divisions, making sure deadlines are met with billing and monitoring all payables. It also includes analyzing customer billing pricing, expense reduction and creating a simplified billing program to create invoices.• Created and maintained accounting and finance reports to assist operations and management• Responsible for reconciling and closing books monthly• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements, including breakdowns by division and by customer• Responsible for payroll and HR functions including: recruiting and interviewing new hires, onboarding, medical insurance, 401K and updating employee handbook• Perform account analysis on other general ledger accounts• Generate customer invoices and perform A/R collections • Input journal entries as needed• Supervise and assist accounting clerk with GL coding of vouchers and bills• Forecasting and budgeting for monthly, quarterly, and annual time periods, including measuring performance against forecasts and budgets• Analysis on customer profitability and expenses management, including recommendations for improving each• Use and property Taxes • 1099’s for three divisions
