Global Education Teaching and Training (G.E.T.T.) is a multi-faceted, international company that is dedicated to encouraging cultural diversity and mutual appreciation through education and friendship. We provide the services and resources that connect American English teachers with Korean students, as well as opportunities for Korean students to come to America and share in our unique culture.In 1995 the Korean Ministry of Education launched the EPIK program with the mandate to improve the English speaking abilities of students and teachers in Korea and to develop cultural exchanges. Since then the demand for natively North-American English speaking teachers has grown dramatically year after year. But, for teachers, there are many unique challenges to living and teaching in Korea. For students as well, locating immersive and comprehensive English language coaching is difficult.GETT was established to bridge the gaps and remove the obstacles. We have partnered with dozens of private and public schools in Korea to build a training program that equips you to understand Korean students and the Korean learning environment, provide practical assistance with living in Korea, and connect you directly with specific teaching positions. In fact, we guarantee job placement upon successful completion of GETT Teacher Training!For students, we connect you to American English language immersion in a fun and exciting environment. We provide one-on-one coaching with English tutors so you can get direct feedback and assistance on your personal speaking skills. After tutoring, attend our four-week Arizona Adventures English language immersion camp, so that the skills you have learned become your natural way of speaking. Weekly excursions include trips to Kartchner Caverns, the Sonoran Desert Museum, and of course, the Grand Canyon! Finally, enroll in our student-exchange program, as a stepping stone to living and working in an American English-speaking environment.
