Additionally in charge of the planning and delivery of Essential Skills, Independent Living Skills, Vocation and ICT to tutor group on the Personal Enrichment Achievement Curriculum (PEAC). Lead Internal Verifier contributing to moderation of a variety of qualifications such as BTEC, ASDAN and AGORED. Line Manager to Learning Support assistants and Residential Education workers as well as collaborating with the multi disciplinary team including SaLT, OT and Psychology to ensure continuity of care and encourage holistic progression amongst learners.
