The ORMIT Multi-company Programme (MCP) has offered me the opportunity to accumulate valuable know-how in a short period of time by undertaking three projects in different areas of expertise :1) Recruitment and Selection Officer at ORMITPromotion to target groups, planning, steering the coordination of the process2) Program Management Officer at ORMITLaunch and start of the ITS Leadership Development Program at ING3) Assistant Project Manager 5S at the STIBCreation of a standardized methodology, organization of follow-up visits, training, supervision of operational agentsIn addition to these projects, I have worked intensively on my leadership skills and personal development thanks to an intensive training program on soft skills. I have also been assigned a Talent Development Manager with whom I have had coaching sessions. Last but not least, I have participated to regular intervision sessions to share difficult situations or improvement solutions with peers. This combination of experience and development has helped me to grow professionally.
