During my recent career break, I took the opportunity to enhance my academic qualifications by successfully completing the CAPM and PMP certifications, demonstrating my commitment to advancing my project management skills. I have also proactively sought new avenues for personal and professional growth, including enrolling in courses to acquire proficiency in the latest technology tools relevant but not limited to my field such as Root Cause Analysis, Artificial and Emotional Intelligence.

Started as Mechanical Designer, and mastered programming of the Smart-Sim simulator of automated P&IDs for full Blowout Preventor hydraulic stack systems, which led to a promotion as Engineering Manager in 2020. Worked as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design environment, and development team. Planning project kickoff through execution and delivery. Gained valuable experience in hybrid project methodologies akin to Waterfall and Agile. This experience involved being a Scrum Master and servant leader with structured project planning, iterative development, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and adaptability. • Created a number of logics for HMI’s (Human Machine Interface) that resembled the digital twin of the system.• Documented and communicated project status, and project updates to stakeholders throughout project.• Established processes to document, review, and ensure that quality and change control standards were met. Land Rig RAM BOP GroupPerformed customer-focused sales support by creating General Arrangement drawings according to organization standards and objectives, utilizing PTC Creo (CAD) Software. Aligned drawings to needs and requests in areas of Ram Blowout Preventers (BOPs). Demonstrated strong multi-tasking and strict deadline management.• Performed calculations of pressures and volumes specific to land and subsea BOPs for data sheets.• Prepared technical data sheets for each of RAM BOP models manufactured by company. • Leveraged knowledge of various types of BOPs working pressures, volumes, and dimensional data to communicate specifics to customers.

EWD Wireline R&D Product LinePerformed drafting and design of Wireline Technology tools. Reduced materials on-hand for space optimization by assisting Electronics and Mechanical Engineers with designs. Coordinated R&D testing of two wireline tools at company’s regional lab to optimize performance and ensure adherence to standards. Completed production drawings for entire wireline tool aligned to ASME practices.

Tubular Running Services R&D Product LineLed coordination efforts with teams located in the United States and around world in administration and organization of product line’s 3D library consisting of 12,000 models. Ensured seamless start-ups to allow adjustments or changes to new systems by leading software implementation and new systems. • Reduced manufacturing costs by assisting with on-going consolidation of standard parts in system. • Maintained library of 12,000 standard solid models, coordinating consolidation with global libraries from Germany, UK, and other countries. • Directed data migration from multiple systems to Windchill PDM, transferring more than 200,000 files into new system. • Improved production and efficiency by customizing ProPipe from Creo, a hydraulic system design tool, resulting in easier and faster use with 50% reduction in the steps required to follow. • Achieved higher productivity and less down time by training diverse groups of engineers and drafters on proper company’s use of ASME practices and solid modeling.• Participated in various designs, including design of 3 size of spiders (or Rotary Mounted Slips: 500-ton, 600-ton, and 750-ton) and design of power tongs and control panels. • Condensed complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders with the use of animations.

Performed the design and layout of subdivisions with their pertaining layouts of waterline systems, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, pavement, drainage reports, and construction plans.

Programmed turret press punches, ordered turret’s tooling, tooling inventory, office’s layout, initiation and distribution of engineering changes.

Teaching basic English grammar, and pronunciation using an Eclectic system that made interactive presentations with the students through games, competitions, videos, sound recordings, etc. Always making sure the students would practice and speak in an environment where they could start to feel more at ease in order to lose their fears when speaking the language.

Performed layout and distribution of lots leased and sold in park. Created design of in-bond plants in order to propose construction to the companies coming to do business in México.
