Atty. Laura C.H. del Rosario is the new Deputy Clerk of Court and Judicial Reform Program Administrator of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She heads the Program Management Office. She worked as Secretary of the Supreme Court's Committee on Family Courts and Juvenile Concerns as well as the Committee on Gender Responsiveness in the Judiciary. As a law professor, Atty. del Rosario specializes in Legal Research and Legal Writing. As former Marketing and Sales Manager for the leading Philippine publisher of electronic legal research tools, CD Technologies Asia (CD Asia), she helped develop CD Asia Online to make laws and jurisprudence more accessible to law students and legal practitioners. She has taught Legal Research and Legal Writing in different law schools, edited law textbooks published by LexisNexis Southeast Asia, and lectured in various Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars conducted by CD Asia and Lyceum of the Philippines University College of Law. Her lecture topics include Responsible Electronic Legal Research and Modern Legal Writing. She has devoted most of her professional life as a law clerk, first with the Sandiganbayan, and then with the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1995 with the degree of Bachelor of Science major in Business Economics, and in 1999 with the degree of Bachelor of Laws.
