Marketing Executive for a global benchmarking company delivering comparative insight to the education sector, helping institutions deliver a world-class student experience. The first year of this role included maternity cover for the Marketing Manager position.A small company with a global presence. With a team of 20 in Surrey and 5 consultants around the world, i-graduate has worked with over 1400 institutions in 33 countries and has feedback from 3 million students worldwide. Responsibilities: • All aspects of event management including venue sourcing, budget management and meeting revenue targets, promotion, delegate administration and communication, sourcing sponsorship, preparing printed collateral, organising catering and onsite event management • Liaising with the Client Account Managers to create promotional campaigns to increase sales of established and new products • Regularly updating the i-graduate website using Silverstripe Content Management System• Providing marketing and event management for i-graduate’s sister company The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education (OBHE), an education think tank• Involvement in creating the annual marketing plan and responsible for delivering this alongside the Marketing Manager• Responsible for managing the marketing budget Key achievements include:• Organising from start to finish an education conference for 130 people in Kuala Lumpur • Ensuring all our events break-even or make a profit • Increasing reach on Twitter to over 4,100 followers (started at 2,500) • Expanding i-graduate’s social media presence to include Facebook and Instagram • Launched new blog and wrote first post which has received over 420 views to date• Improved Twitter monthly impressions from average 1k to average 28k• Managing a membership campaign for the OBHE. The promotion saw a 14% increase in membership uptake and generated £28k revenue.

Responsibilities: • Creating communication and marketing plans for Woodcote Park, linked to the club’s communication strategy across both clubhouses• Updating the club website using the in-house CMS• Copy writing for all promotions and clubhouse communications • Managing the Woodcote Park marketing budget• Liaising with the Pall Mall marketing team to provide brand consistency across both clubhousesAchievements:• Successfully promoted the centenary of Woodcote Park to the club membership• Created Woodcote Park monthly email to 14,000 members• Launched two new activity groups with over 100 members each • Launched monthly sports email with 300+ subscribers
